Job summary

APGFCU is seeking a Teller who will process member transactions, greet members, and recommend credit union products and services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include daily balancing, safeguarding member data, and supporting branch operations while maintaining customer service excellence. Weekend availability and travel to other branches may be required; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months customer service experience.
• Six months of cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet members and process transactions per procedures and limits.
• Enter transactions into software while adhering to Teller Performance Standards.
• Balance daily activity and complete end-of-day settlement tasks.
• Protect member information and identify potential fraud or elder abuse.
