Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum six months customer service; six months cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge: financial institution procedures; basic debits/credits; PC/software; data entry.
• Skills: good interpersonal, oral communication; teamwork; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Process member transactions accurately per credit union policies and regulations.
• Balance daily activities; verify cash drawer and postings; reconcile as needed.
• Assist in night deposits and end-of-day settlement procedures.
• Cross-sell APGFCU products and services to members.
• Protect member information and adhere to security policies.
