APGFCU is seeking a Teller who will process member transactions, greet members, and recommend credit union products and services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities include daily balancing, safeguarding member data, and supporting branch operations while maintaining customer service excellence. Weekend availability and travel to other branches may be required; competitive benefits offered.

Under the general supervision of branch management, perform various teller duties involving receipt and payment of cash, identification of member needs and recommendation of appropriate credit union products and services to members. Provide a high quality of member service in a consistent, courteous and professional manner. Cross sell APGFCU products and services. Observe all safety and security policies, Teller Performance Standards and procedures.
Responsible for completion of applicable training and compliance on federal regulations and APGFCU policies and procedures as related to the duties of this position (Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security as examples, if applicable).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six months customer service required; six months of cash handling preferred.
Knowledge of financial institution procedures preferred, basic principles of debits and credits, personal computer and software applications, and business office equipment, commercial mathematics and data entry. Requires good interpersonal, interaction, organization and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to work as part of a team and be comfortable in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.

Offers are based on experience and education.
$35,400- $56,600 annually
