APGFCU is seeking a Teller to perform cash handling and member service duties at our Elkton, MD branch. You will identify member needs, cross-sell products, and provide courteous, accurate service while adhering to security and policy standards.
Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash, and assisting with branch operations. A high school diploma and 6 months of customer service experience are preferred.

Under the general supervision of branch management, perform various teller duties involving receipt and payment of cash, identification of member needs and recommendation of appropriate credit union products and services to members. Provide a high quality of member service in a consistent, courteous and professional manner. Cross‑sell APGFCU products and services. Observe all safety and security policies, Teller Performance Standards and procedures.
Daily Teller Duties:
Enter member transactions into software applications and handle member transactions accurately and within defined limits of Teller Performance Standards including:
Responsible for completion of applicable training and compliance on federal regulations and APGFCU policies and procedures as related to the duties of this position (Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security as examples, if applicable).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six months customer service required; six months of cash handling preferred.

Offers are based on experience and education.
$35,400- $56,600 annually
