Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio – Falls Church is hiring a warm, outgoing team member to welcome guests, share wellness services, and promote memberships in a friendly, high-energy environment.

Who We're Looking For

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a friendly, relaxing experience
• Give studio tours and explain our wellness services
• Recommend memberships and confidently share promotions
• Follow up with prospective members using our CRM
• Schedule appointments and build lasting guest relationships
• Clean sauna suites and keep the studio, towels and facilities organized

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: Opening and closing shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: Opening and closing shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM

Flexible shift selection is available based on studio needs. Evening and weekend availability is required.
