Job summary

Sam's Club Savannah is seeking a full-time associate to support supervision of associates, provide guidance on member service, and assist with store operations in the Savannah, GA area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and adherence to the Open Door Policy. You will participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates while ensuring member needs are met and service standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and train on processes and procedures.
• Provide member service guidance and help with purchases and self-checkout.
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, claims/returns, and cart/parking lot upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic accounting tasks and cash handling.
