Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 1 years of customer service or pension plan administration experience.
• OR Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries about pension questions and processes.
• Provide guidance on eligibility, status of transactions, and benefits information.
• Assist with address changes, direct deposit, tax withholding, and forms.
• Maintain courteous, empathetic, and professional communication with members.
• Monitor call queues and adjust delivery channels to maintain service levels.
• Support use of IMRF self-service portals and troubleshoot browser issues.
