Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with questions regarding programs, services, account details, applications, and available resources.
• Review forms, applications, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
• Enter, update, and maintain member information in company systems with strong attention to detail.
• Process member requests, update records, and follow established policies and procedures.
• Explain service options, requirements, and procedures clearly and professionally.
• Resolve member concerns while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive customer experience.
