Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Must be bondable.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell SELCO products.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members applying for membership and deposit accounts by phone or digital channels.
• Build and develop member relationships by asking open-ended questions and promoting SELCO products and services.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed.
• Resolve exceptions identified through quality audits and prevent future issues.
