Zusammenfassung

City & County Credit Union is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to help members open and manage accounts and finances, building long-term relationships and cross-selling products to support financial success.

The role emphasizes accurate, self-driven service with strong knowledge of banking processes and compliance. Prior banking and sales/service experience are advantageous in a member-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 2+ years prior credit union or banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with banking software; excellent use of MS Office.
• Proven experience as a personal banker or credit union equivalent; sales and customer service a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a member-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Assist and educate members on credit union products and services.
• Manage member accounts: open, close and oversee deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Research and resolve issues with accounts and services promptly.
• Assist in conducting and documenting branch and drawer audits.
• Refer members to in-branch financial experts as needed.
• Follow BSA policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
