Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard business software.

• Solid math and bookkeeping abilities.
• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience at a full-service financial institution preferred.
• Experience with consumer loans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain accounts.
• Process loan applications, prepare documents, and close loans.
• Assist members with bookkeeping and digital services issues.
• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security procedures.
• Onboard members to self-service options.
