• High school diploma or GED required; A.A. degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years banking or credit union experience or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of deposits, loans, and member services basics.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interview members to identify financial needs and suggest deposits, lending, and investment products.
• Support loan and member growth and provide excellent service.
• Open, process, fund accounts and loans; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Explain credit union features and benefits and respond to member inquiries promptly.
