Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative Level 2 to deliver outstanding member service, manage program information, and ensure safety in the branch—Good Samaritan Health Center. You will greet members, handle inquiries, drive membership sales, and maintain knowledge to answer questions effectively.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Able to pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, solve problems and manage time.
• Maintain privacy by not sharing member information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with peers, staff and volunteers.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff, members, volunteers, schools and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests and program participants in the branch and on the phone.
• Welcome members as they enter and leave the YMCA.
• Greet, engage and tour prospective members and program participants.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and program offerings.
• Respond quickly with knowledge to member questions; build relationships with members and partners.
• Handle membership concerns and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
• Maintain CPR/AED, safety, orientation and procedures certifications.
• Adhere to policies and training manuals; implement new policies.
• Communicate positively with members, guests and volunteers and provide assistance.
• Contribute to annual campaigns and team goals; complete Traction Rec trainings.
