Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English, Cantonese/English, Mandarin/English, Vietnamese/English, Tagalog/English, Arabic/English or Farsi/English designations required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, providers and inquiries about benefits, eligibility, and plan services.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and other channels in a timely, professional manner.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM and maintain compliance with regulations.
