Job summary

The Association for Community Affiliated Plans is seeking a temporary Member Services Representative to join our Merced-based team. The assignment runs September 2026 through December 2026 and may be extended by business needs.

The role is primarily on-site for the first 3 months, with potential remote work 1-2 days per week thereafter, depending on operations. As the frontline contact for members and providers, you will answer calls, coordinate non-medical transportation benefits, and support

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Hmong required.
• Customer service experience in member services, health care, public assistance or human services or in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline customer service representative within the Member Services Department, providing assistance to members and providers primarily by phone.
• Facilitate and coordinate non-medical transportation benefits for members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
