Job summary

Indiana Members Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN is hiring for Universal Member Service Representative I. In this regular full-time role you will assist and maintain member relationships through exceptional service while handling advanced account maintenance and financial transactions.

You will process transactions, open/close accounts, assist with debit cards, stop payments, deposits, and wire transfers, and you will cross-sell IMCU products.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of credit union or financial institution experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of Teller Supervisor and Basics of Products and services training with IMCU.

Responsibilities

• Process member and non-member transactions accurately.
• Research member questions and respond with accurate information.
• Open and close all account types per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with advanced account maintenance and problem solving.
• Process debit cards and assist with disputes and fraud.
• Handle night deposits, ATM deposits, wires, and large currency reports.
• Assist colleagues and cross-sell IMCU products and services.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and adaptability.
