Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications or store apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assist members with self-service technology guidance.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness in the store area.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
