Job summary

Mid Oregon Credit Union in Bend, Oregon seeks a Full-time Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding phone-based service, process member transactions, and respond to inquiries with accuracy. You will cross-sell products, make courtesy calls, and coordinate referrals to the appropriate teams to support members’ financial goals.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong 10-key keypad speed, and the ability to understand detailed products and policies to resolve requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Pleasant, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service abilities when speaking to members over the phone.
• Ability to understand and retain detailed information on Credit Union products and services.
• Ability to ask appropriate questions, provide solutions, and complete transactions to satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members by answering telephones and offering product information.
• Post transactions per member requests and transfer calls as needed.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services and refer to other teams when appropriate.
