Job summary

Rogue Credit Union in Medford, Oregon is seeking a MCC Service Specialist to greet and assist members with active listening and accurate information across phone, email, and other channels.

You will perform transfers, loan payments, stop payments, card orders, and updates while delivering the Service Promises to build loyal members. This is a non-exempt, full-time role with requirements of 1–12 months of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: contact with people beyond immediate associates to provide information and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides unsurpassed member service via telephone, email, or other remote channel in a friendly and professional manner.
• Completes member requests through phone, email, or online channels including online banking, bill pay, and account maintenance.
• Maintains knowledge of products/services and identifies cross-sell/referral opportunities; supports promotions.
• Assists other departments as needed and may work evenings/weekends.
