Responsibilities include handling inquiries across channels, documenting interactions, processing routine member requests, and participating in training to improve service. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Advanced office technology proficiency.
• Team members who help and serve others, demonstrated through careful communication and problem resolution.
• Willing to support digital services including website support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and manage time.
• Willingness to embrace change and continuously learn and improve.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming interactions, analyze requests, and respond using various channels.
• Document details of inquiries in a digital system.
• Respond to inquiries in a pleasant, helpful manner and refer calls as trained.
• Process routine member change requests.
• Participate in training programs to monitor inquiries for service improvement.
• Assist in basic training on select topics.
• Maintain working knowledge of Modern Woodmen products, systems, and procedures.
• Stay informed about home office departments and communications.
