Modern Woodmen of America in Rock Island, IL seeks a Fraternal Training Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs that strengthen capabilities and support community-building initiatives.

You will partner with field and home office stakeholders, apply adult learning principles, and create multimodal resources while measuring training effectiveness and supporting continual improvement. Travel 10–15% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years related experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training facilitation techniques.

Aufgaben

• Training design and curriculum development for standardized, scalable programs.
• Partner with field-based colleagues to identify needs and develop turnkey training materials.
• Coordinate onboarding and development programs for chapter leaders, deliver virtual or in-person training.
• Develop and facilitate training for regional needs and national conferences.
• Measure training effectiveness and stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to keep training relevant.
