Job summary

The internship runs 11 weeks (37.5 hours/week), onsite, with a mentor and exposure to real-life financial services topics. Pay is $20/hour, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (3rd or 4th year).
• Strong data analysis, customer experience/service, volunteer engagement, project management, communications, or research skills.
• Curious, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and passionate about serving others.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support chapter setup and transition activities related to the new chapter model.
• Help validate new processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve training, communications, and program implementation.
• Compile, organize, and analyze survey and participant feedback data to identify trends, best practices, and actionable insights.
• Assist with large‑scale event planning and coordination.
• Collect member stories, testimonials, and impact narratives that highlight the value and impact of fraternal.
• Support fraternal strategy and change management initiatives through research, project support, and cross‑functional collaboration.
