Job summary

Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Financial Services Operations Intern in Rock Island, IL to assist with operations, compliance, and marketing/product needs of our broker-dealer and RIA firm. You will gain hands-on experience with systems and data analysis while learning from home office staff.

Responsibilities include due diligence, training development, financial planning support, and research across financial services topics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize due diligence for product offerings.
• Assist in developing training for registered representatives field force.
• Assist with financial planning and marketing research.
• Help research various financial services and compliance topics.
• Assist with project implementation for operations/tech, compliance and investment product initiatives.
• Collect, compile, analyze and report on financial and operating data.
• Support internal and external web content review and site enhancements.
