You will handle inquiries across channels, document interactions, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Proficiency with office technology and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming interactions, analyze requests, and respond using various channels.
• Document details of each inquiry in a digital system.
• Respond in a pleasant, helpful manner and route calls as trained.
• Process routine member change requests.
• Participate in training and educational programs to monitor inquiries for quality improvements.
