Harborstone Credit Union is seeking a Float Member Services Representative to support Central and South District Branches. You will deliver exceptional member service, open and maintain accounts, and process transactions while educating members on digital tools and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create positive member experiences.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Answer member questions in person, by phone, and through email.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Educate members on products, services, digital banking tools, and self-service options.
• Identify opportunities to recommend solutions that fit members' financial needs.
• Resolve member concerns and problems quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance and confidentiality requirements.
• Support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success.
