Harborstone Credit Union is seeking a float Member Services Representative to serve Central and South District Branches. You will deliver exceptional member experiences, open accounts, process transactions, and educate members on digital tools.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service or banking, strong communication, and accuracy in handling transactions. This non-exempt role supports branch operations and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail essential.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create positive member experiences.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Answer member questions in person, by phone, and through email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers accurately.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Identify opportunities to recommend suitable solutions.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality requirements.
• Support branch operations and contribute to branch success.
