Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Services Officer I/II in California to deliver outstanding, voice-based service in a fast-paced call center. You will listen, resolve member concerns, and guide them toward suitable financial products while upholding our Promise Principles.

You will work with a team, handle inquiries, and continuously improve service delivery. Prior experience in member service and a willingness to learn are valued. Compensation varies by shift.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferred 4 year/Bachelors Degree.
• Experience: 24+ months of retail customer service.
• Knowledge, Skills & Ability: strong communication, basic math, and problem solving; proficient with MS Office; able to learn systems and troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Experience in a financial institution, teller or call center role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and member service targets and NPS goals.
• Directs calls to appropriate personnel and follows service quality standards.
• Explains credit union policies clearly and resolves member concerns professionally.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations related to loans and operations.
• Participates in team meetings and helps develop new programs to improve service.
• Assists members with financial needs and product/service recommendations.
• Maintains punctual attendance and adheres to shift schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
