Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Notary certification in California required.
• NMLS license required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a network of member contacts to create financial opportunities.
• Outbound calling as part of the Partners Sales and Service program to drive sales.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and share drafts for members.
• Identify changes in members' banking needs and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships and drive profitability.
• Process consumer loans and mentor other Member Experience Professionals.
• Educate members on financial responsibility and product features.
• Handle new memberships, accounts, and service requests (checking, savings, CDs).
• Ensure documents meet quality control standards (CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems).
• Support branch operations and provide notary services and medallion guarantees.
