California Coast Credit Union in San Diego, CA is seeking a Member Service Center Assistant I/II to provide exceptional call center support and administrative services. The role focuses on processing member transactions, maintaining records, and supporting staff with setup and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication, and attention to detail; experience in a financial institution or call center is a plus.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills; sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Windows applications is preferred.
• 1 year of administrative/clerical experience for Assistant I; 1 year plus 1 year in financial institution and call center experience preferred for Assistant II.

Responsabilidades

• Performs fulfillment support for member requests, account transactions and maintenance.
• Creates and maintains reports and spreadsheets; tracks sales contests.
• Sorts and distributes mail and faxes; records and files documents.
• Processes new account requests and mails information to new/existing members.
• Provides staff support with station and system setup for new/existing employees.
• Schedules appointments, meetings and events; prepares agendas and minutes.
• Maintains department manuals and certifications.
