Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members with new accounts and servicing needs.
• Explain MCU products and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Process teller transactions and support branch operations.
• Drive digital tool adoption and cross-sell appropriate offerings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with policies.
