You will open new memberships and accounts, process teller transactions, support loan processing, and conduct notary services, all while adhering to policies and balancing at day’s end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience
• Verbal Communication skills
• Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email)
• Bilingual skills a plus

Responsabilités

• Identify the financial needs of members by building rapport and establishing relationships; educate and cross-sell products and services.
• Open memberships, accounts and loans; conduct Notary Public services.
• Process loan requests, verify conditions and document integrity prior to closings.
• Accurately process teller transactions and assist with end-of-day balancing and ATM balancing.
• Conduct audits of membership applications, account maintenance forms, and loan files.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to limit fraud and losses; provide coverage as needed.
• Identify and submit efficiency and process improvement ideas.
