Navy Federal Credit Union in Charleston, SC is seeking a member-focused banking professional. You will provide a full range of products and services to members and prospective members, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.

You will perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision to build confidence and independence. This position offers opportunities to develop knowledge of deposit and loan products, and to support members with account

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic counseling on products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance member relationships.
• Adhere to federal and institutional regulations related to financial products and services.
• Support teammates with knowledge sharing as experience grows.
• Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments.
• Process routine deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
