Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and provide excellent service.
• Process deposits, loan payments, payrolls, and transfers.
• Open new membership accounts and ensure accuracy/compliance.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer; handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and AML requirements; observe controls.
• Assist with translation when needed and support branch growth efforts.
