Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to Conexon Members.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication to resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction.
• Assist potential members in identifying if they are in Conexon’s service area.
• Assist new members with account creation and plan selection.
• Answer general account questions including billing, pricing and service details.
• Support projects and other duties to improve the department and create career development opportunities.
