Job summary

You will participate in sales events to achieve Membership goals and assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Delivers Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
