• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and completes orders for n Pull/ Fax n Pull and Click n Pull.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Delivers benefits information and promotes Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
