Job summary

Sam's Club in Washington Township, OH is seeking a team member to help inform members about membership benefits and promote value across Walmart products and services. The role handles membership upgrades and credit accounts, and processes Fax n Pull/Click n Pull orders, ensuring accuracy and secure handling until members arrive.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Companys products and services
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs
• Performs safety and compliance tasks including following safety standards, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management
• Participates in sales and marketing events and makes efforts to meet Membership goals
• Maintains safe facility operations by adhering to policies, procedures, and ethics, and following the Open Door Policy in business processes and practices
