Job summary

Sam's Club is looking for an associate to support Membership by explaining benefits, promoting value, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales events. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, fulfilling Member orders, and delivering excellent service.

You will follow safety standards, assist Members with purchases, and contribute to meeting Membership goals while upholding Sam's Club values and customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Assist with sales and marketing events and meet Membership goals.
• Ensure safety by following all safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps and forklift procedures.
• Complete customer orders (Fax n Pull) accurately and secure items for Members.
• Deliver Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
