Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate in Nashua, NH to greet members and guests, process check-ins, and support club operations with a smile. You will be the first point of contact, answer phones, and help orient new members to services and schedules.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, excellent customer service, and basic computer skills to manage memberships, process payments, and relay messages to management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for all member interactions.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills for membership processing and club software.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
