Crunch-Fitness in New Jersey is seeking a front desk staff member to drive membership sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet members, check them in, and communicate events while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

Responsibilities include phone coverage, processing payments, scheduling services, and ensuring knowledge of available facilities and schedules. This role requires strong English skills and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales.
• Greet all members and guests with a smile; wish them well as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Facilitate all member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by management.
• Follow policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Opening and closing duties.
