Responsibilities

• Verify membership cards and identify member needs.
• Maintain traffic flow and merchandise arrangement at the entrance area.
• Conduct safety sweeps and correct unsafe situations.
• Assist with returns and shrink identification.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and support security protocols.
• Train new Member Frontline Services associates.
• Collaborate with managers and prioritize tasks.
