Job summary

The State Bar of Arizona seeks a Resource Center Specialist to act as the face of the Bar, handling high-volume calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. You will triage requests, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff while maintaining the 25,000+ membership database and supporting compliance and administrative tasks.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and polished verbal and written communication to serve members, staff, and the public

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Triaging calls, handling emails, and assisting with in-person inquiries.
• Maintain the membership database and resolve record discrepancies.
• Support administrative tasks, calendars, and conference room scheduling.
• Provide referrals to community resources and document trends in inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and security protocols.
