Job summary

The Guidance Center is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our on-site team in Arizona. You will verify eligibility, collect information, and post payments within our EHR system while delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities include guiding members through forms, ensuring medical necessity data, and coordinating with scheduling and front desk operations. Prior experience in medical office settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 2–4 years of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain and maintain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic, insurance, and financial information from members or guarantor with accuracy.
• Explain forms to member or guarantor and obtain signatures.
• Ensure medical necessity compliance by obtaining required data.
• Post payments in the electronic health record system and issue receipts.
• Greet members and manage front office check-in and lobby coverage.
