Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service to members and guests in person, by phone, email, and chat. You will assist with reservations, online store support, and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, updating member records, and communicating policies and events. Weekend availability and strong English proficiency are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with filing systems and office procedures is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits.
• Assist with reservations and online store support.
• Process cash sales and maintain daily cash receipts.
• Enter data into RTP system and update member records.
• Provide information about Tahoe Donner amenities and events.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve member inquiries.
