Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association in Truckee, CA is seeking a seasonal Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service to members and guests, manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits, and assist with reservations and online store support.

This on-site role requires weekend availability and offers a range of seasonal perks at Tahoe Donner’s Northwoods Clubhouse, making it a great fit for those who love outdoor recreation and community programming.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Knowledge of business English, writing and office procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with databases, RPT, or Zendesk preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Assist with reservations and online store support.
• Operate the POS and maintain daily cash receipts per procedures.
• Communicate Tahoe Donner events, programs, policies, and regulations.
• Sell retail items and update member IDs in the RTP system.
