Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Nashua, NH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding service. You will greet members and guests, check them in, handle inquiries, and coordinate with management on events and services.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and solid computer skills. You will maintain a welcoming club atmosphere, sell retail products, and support daily operations, including opening and closing duties and phone coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for customer interactions.
• Good reading and writing skills for member communications.
• Computer skills for club software, check-ins and transactions.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with members.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and welcome them as they exit
• Check in all members and guests following company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning)
• Facilitate payment of member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
