Job summary

Crunch is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to manage membership sales and guest reception at our club. You will greet members, check in guests, and coordinate messages with club software while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include selling retail products, scheduling member services like tanning, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is clean. You will answer phones professionally and support management on various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and proficient reading/writing required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software expected.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and farewell
• Check in members and guests per company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain welcoming club atmosphere for members
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Process payments for member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Open and close duties
