Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members in, signing up new members, and giving tours to prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to members' accounts and respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club environment.
