We are searching for a Member Services Representative to join our team!

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience!

Skills Required
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions
  • Check members in or provide a tour to prospective members
  • Log amenities
  • Communicate updates and events to members and guests
  • Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system
  • Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby
  • Perform regular facility cleaning, including mopping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights
  • Clean exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly
  • Ensure restrooms and wet areas are clean and stocked
Physical Demands
  • Stand and walk continuously during shifts
  • Talk in person or on the phone throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 75 lbs as needed
  • Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shifts
