Position: Member Service Rep - Mid Shift

Monday-Wednesday 1pm-6pm

We are seeking a motivated Member Service Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities will include maintaining the overall cleanliness of all facility areas and providing a positive member experience. You will deliver a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" environment. Your duties will include:

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor according to Planet Fitness standards.
2. Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
3. Properly dispose of trash.
4. Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
5. Follow the "Lost and Found Policy" and return lost property to management.
6. Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Applicants for overnight positions must undergo a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire; employment depends on the background check outcome.
2. Custodial experience is preferred.
3. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
4. Must demonstrate honesty and a strong work ethic.
5. Ability to solve problems independently.
6. Maintain professionalism and appropriate behavior in interactions.
7. High School diploma or GED required.
8. Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

1. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors.
2. Travel between sites is required.
3. Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions.
4. Must have sufficient physical ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive movements.
5. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights over 80 lbs.
6. Must be able to communicate verbally and maintain the ability to administer CPR in emergencies.
7. Normal visual and auditory capabilities are required.
